Glorious Fall

It's finally cooling off around here! Hallelujah, praise the Lord God Almighty. It is currently 50 degrees and cloudy, but I don’t care. It feels and smells like fall, so that is reason enough to rejoice. I busted out my pumpkin scented candle last night, made a pot of chili and some hot chocolate, put on my slippers, dug out an old Nat King Cole record, and just lounged around my apartment in all of the fall glory. It was splendidly boring and I can’t wait to do it all over again tonight. I love fall more than any other season and I’m ecstatic that Mother Nature finally decided to comply with October, after giving us two and a half months of August.
