The Most Amazing Post Title in the Blogging World

I hate trying to come up with a title for my posts. I usually just type in whatever weird topic comes to mind, but sometimes I sit and stare at my screen for a good five minutes trying to think of a clever subject heading; a heading that will draw you, my faithful readers, into my most profound thoughts and observations on life (wha-?).

I haven't posted in awhile, so I feel inclined to do so now. I will start you off, and perhaps leave you with the biggest news of my ever-changing, yet not terribly interesting life:

I'm dating an English guy. A hot one.

April fool's! (A few days early...)

OK, so here's the real scoop: I'm heading to Beijing in three months!! I decided that July, although a touristy month for just about every country on the planet, would be the perfect month for a vacation. I reserved my ticket to fly to Beijing during the last week of July and I'm planning to stay there for a week and a half, touring the Great Wall of China, The Forbidden City, and doing whatever it is that people do in China. A week and a half isn't nearly long enough, as China is a huge country with thousands of interesting things to see, but my spectacular job is only allowing me to take five days off of work, so I'm left with little choice. (I won't even get started on this topic for fear of being too profane for some of my more conservative readers....)

I also have a small weekend trip coming up in two weeks. There is a women's film festival in Seoul during the second weekend of April, so I'm heading up there with a group of girls that I know from... somewhere. I have no idea how I know most of these people, but they seem like a good traveling group. Anyhow, I've lived in Korea for three months already (!) and I have yet to venture to Seoul. I'm very excited to see the capital of Korea and to eat (drumroll, please) Mexican food! That's right, Seoul boasts the only Taco Bell in Korea, or so I've been told. This is reason enough to make the four hour trip, let me tell you. It's no Baja, but it will do for now.

And, alas, I hear my crazy kids running down the hall screaming their heads off, so it must be time for class already. Bless their little hearts...
